It is situated approx. 1 Km from the nearest village, standing alone at the
edge of a farmstead. As it is rather close to the sea (only 40 minutes drive
to the famous seaside resorts on the Atlantic), it profits from the benefits
of a particuarly high rate of yearly sunshine (approx. 2200 - 2400 hours/year)
almost matching the Provence. </p>
